Simply put, if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 100 days for an exchange, or 14 days for a refund.

*Please note - returns and exchanges must be unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached. If your item does not meet these conditions, this will be sent back to you and no exchange or refund will be issued.

HOW IT WORKS
In Order To Request A Return; Please Contact info@pirololeather.com And Provide Us With Your Order Number.
Once The Return Is Approved Please Return Your Garment(S) In Its Original Condition With All Tags Attached. To Return Your Order, You Should Mail Your Product Please Contact Us For Warehouse Address.
Exchanges And Refunds Will Be Processed Within 5 To10 Working Days Of Receiving Your Order.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your garment for another size we will waive the return postage fee as well as the restocking fee. The first exchange is on us, however on any subsequent returns you are responsible for postage as well as the standard 20% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom-made jackets are only liable for an exchange.
